The Youth Services Department has two AWE learning computers and two ABC Mouse computers. These computers contain a variety of educational games and are available on a first-come-first-served basis.
If you do not live in Moorestown and are interested in using our computers, free guest passes are available at the Adult Services desk.

WiFi
The library has a wireless network available for public use. Please see the Reference Librarian for the password.
The Moorestown Library strives to serve the public by offering proctoring services as our staffing allows. The following are guidelines for students requesting to use the Moorestown Library as a proctoring site.
As a student, you must:
- Bring the proctor form to the library to be completed. Allow sufficient time for the form to be filled out by the librarian.
- Call or email the library at least two weeks in advance to schedule a test time. If unable to keep your appointment, please contact the library.
- Show up promptly at the appointed time for the exam. Bring proper identification as specified by the institution. We cannot administer the exam if you fail to bring the required identification.
- Bring all test taking supplies.
- Complete the exam within the time frame specified by the institution.
- Be responsible for any postage or photocopying costs if the institution does not cover them. If special mailing instructions are specified (i.e. Federal Express), the student is responsible for all costs.
The library is only able to proctor exams Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Please note: Computers used for online exams will be available for up to three hours.
Please contact the Adult Services Department at 856-234-0333 ext. 4012 or adult@moorestownlibrary.org if you have any questions.

Need a Notary? Moorestown Library can help.
The Library’s notaries are not attorneys licensed to practice law and may not give legal advice about immigration or any other legal matter or accept fees for legal advice.
Moorestown Library offers Notary Public Services for the benefit of the residents of our community according to the following guidelines:
- Notary service is not available at the library for power of attorney, mortgage documents, deeds, wills, living wills, living trusts, codicils or depositions. The Library only provides basic notary services.
- Library Notaries are generally available between 9:30 AM and 4 PM Monday through Friday. However, it is advisable to call before coming to the library (856-234-0333) to be certain that the notary is available.
- Government-issued photo identification (passport, driver’s license, or government-issued, non-driver identification card, which is current or expired no more than three years) is required of any patron seeking notary service.
- If your document requires a witness’s signature, you must bring your own witness. The library will not provide witnesses and witnesses may not be solicited from patrons using the library. The witness must personally know the person whose document is being notarized and must also be able to show valid photo identification.
- New Jersey law requires that a notary and the person seeking notarization be able to communicate directly with each other. Library notaries communicate in English and are not permitted to make use of a translator to communicate with a notary service patron. Basic notary services in Spanish are available upon request during limited hours. Please call ahead (856-234-0333) to arrange notary service in Spanish.
- Public documents cannot be copied and notarized. Examples of these are birth certificates, death certificates and marriage certificates.
- In accordance with New Jersey law, notaries will not provide service if the patron, document or circumstances of the request for notary service raise any issue of authenticity, ambiguity, doubt or uncertainty for the library. In this event, the library notary may, at his/her sole discretion, decline to provide notary service.
- The library reserves the right to limit the number of signatures and seals/stamps required.
Notary services are free for Moorestown Library cardholders. There is a fee of $2.50 per signature for non-cardholders.
