Dear Human Book.

Your time and effort as a volunteer Book at the Human Library are greatly appreciated. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experiences with the Readers. Your publication as a Human Book furthers understanding and creates a greater acceptance of different experiences or beliefs in society.

We want to know more about your experience and how we can improve things for our volunteers going forward. We hope that you will help us by answering this questionnaire. The answers will be treated confidentially.
