If you are between the ages of 13 and 17 and are interested in volunteering at the Moorestown Library, please complete the Teen Volunteer Application below. Note that the Teen Advisory Board is open to students in grades 9-12. This form requires your parent or guardian’s signature and your Moorestown Library card number. Apply for a library card if you don’t have one.

I understand that if I am accepted as a volunteer, any false statements, omissions, or other misrepresentations made by me on this application may result in my immediate dismissal. The teen library volunteer program uses Signup Genius for students to sign up for volunteer slots. I understand the email provided is where all notifications and sign-ups will be sent. The expectation is that I will show up for all volunteer time slots I sign up for. I will notify, as soon as possible, cancellations through Signup Genius or email the Youth Services Librarians at youth@moorestownlibrary.org. I understand students who miss 2 volunteer time slots in a school year without any notification to the library will be taken off the volunteer list until they speak with the Head of Youth Services, Jen Dunne, about their situation.
